“Vihari apekkhaṁ idha vā huraṁ vā, Yo vedagū samito yatatto; Sabbesu dhammesu anūpalitto, Lokassa jaññā udayabbayañcā”ti.
A knowledge master, peaceful and self-controlled,
“Vihari apekkhaṁ idha vā huraṁ vā,
is rid of concern for this world and the world beyond.
Yo vedagū samito yatatto;
Unsullied in the midst of all things,
Sabbesu dhammesu anūpalitto,
they’d know the arising and passing of the world.
Lokassa jaññā udayabbayañcā”ti.
