I’m not afraid of fear,for our teacher is expert in freedom from death.Mendicants advance by the pathwhere no fear remains.

“Nāhaṁ bhayassa bhāyāmi, Satthā no amatassa kovido; Yattha bhayaṁ nāvatiṭṭhati, Tena maggena vajanti bhikkhavo”ti.

I’m not afraid of fear,
“Nāhaṁ bhayassa bhāyāmi,
for our teacher is expert in freedom from death.
Satthā no amatassa kovido;
Mendicants advance by the path
Yattha bhayaṁ nāvatiṭṭhati,
where no fear remains.
Tena maggena vajanti bhikkhavo”ti.
