Unskillful

“I will teach you the skillful and the unskillful … And what is the unskillful? Wrong view, wrong purpose, wrong speech, wrong action, wrong livelihood, wrong effort, wrong mindfulnesssatiAtención plena, memoria, poderes de referencia y retención.
