“Āturaṁ asuciṁ pūtiṁ, passa nande samussayaṁ; Asubhāya cittaṁ bhāvehi, ekaggaṁ susamāhitaṁ.

“Āturaṁ asuciṁ pūtiṁ,
diseased, filthy, and rotten.
passa nande samussayaṁ;
With mind unified and serene,
Asubhāya cittaṁ bhāvehi,
meditate on the ugly aspects of the body.
ekaggaṁ susamāhitaṁ.

Meditate on the signless,give up the tendency to conceit;and when you comprehend conceit,you will live at peace.

Animittañca bhāvehi, mānānusayamujjaha; Tato mānābhisamayā, upasantā carissasī”ti.

give up the tendency to conceit;
mānānusayamujjaha;
and when you comprehend conceit,
Tato mānābhisamayā,
you will live at peace.

That is how the BuddhaBuddhaEl nombre dado a quien redescubre por sí mismo el sendero liberador del Dhamma, tras un largo período de haber sido olvidado por el mundo.
