Vista:

The heavens rain like a sweet song; my hut is roofed and pleasant, sheltered from the wind. My mind is serene: so rain forth, heavens, if you wish.

“Vassati devo yathā sugītaṁ, Channā me kuṭikā sukhā nivātā; Cittaṁ susamāhitañca mayhaṁ, Atha ce patthayasi pavassa devā”ti.

The heavens rain like a sweet song;
“Vassati devo yathā sugītaṁ,
my hut is roofed and pleasant, sheltered from the wind.
Channā me kuṭikā sukhā nivātā;
My mind is serene:
Cittaṁ susamāhitañca mayhaṁ,
so rain forth, heavens, if you wish.
Atha ce patthayasi pavassa devā”ti.
