Free yourself from your former bonds! Purimāni pamuñca bandhanāni, Wearing your outer robe, with shaven head, eating almsfood, Saṅghāṭikhuramuṇḍabhikkhabhojī; don’t delight in play or sleep, Mā khiḍḍāratiñca mā niddaṁ, dedicate yourself to absorption, Kātiyāna. Anuyuñjittha jhāya kātiyāna.
